Here at Oakleyweigh we know that uptime is key, if scales are a fundamental part of what you do then scales being broken can cause serious issues. We offer a clear and fast Breakdown cover for our calibration customers and non-contract business. With over 75 years of experience we are dedicated to providing prompt and efficient scale breakdown cover.

Quick Turnaround

One of the main features of our breakdown service is quick turnaround, our team of dedicated weighting professionals and expert on-site scale engineers, are quick to help any issues you may have.

Can't fix it on site?

Unfortunately and rarely not all scales are fixable on-site, some may need specific parts, specialised equipment, if that's the case we can take your scale to our repairs workshop.

Our standard call-out charge for any on-site breakdown is £85 per hour.

Virtual and On-site Support

Not all weighting headaches require visits to site, our team of virtual support staff, will always walk through a quick sequence to see if there is anything we can do before we schedule an on-site visit.
