Over 10 Years ago, our company director Adrian was contacted by desouter medical, their small fleet of scales was in need of calibration and servicing. So, we arranged a site visit to calibrate all of their scales. Medical environments such as De Soutter Medical need frequent yearly calibration of their scales to keep in line with their Standards and Site Audits.
The Solution
For the past 10 Years we have arranged De Soutter with Yearly site visits Along with keeping a tracked record of all of their weighing assets on site and planning and co-ordinating their site visits months in advance to suit: During their yearly site visits our engineer attends, to calibrate their full schedule of scales, balance and pallet trucks to national standards which includes:
Calibrations and adjustments, our UKAS Certified test weights being used to ensure tip-top accuracy, stickers attached to each scale including pass stickers. This has helped De Soutter stay compliant with as little hassle as possible.
The Results
Over the past decade here is how Oakleyweigh have levelled up De Soutter Medicals weighing game:
- De Soutter Medical now have an increased need for 25 total scales, including small bench scales and large pallet truck scales and a range of Ohaus Ranger Counting scales for use within stock take and logistics.
- Supply and Calibration: To Provide for De Soutters Increased need for scales, we have supplied all of the new scales including calibration certificates, to make sure their scales are accurate and compliant from day one.
- Breakdown Service - Although de soutter have never had to use our breakdown service, they have full support at no running-cost which includes same-day breakdown visits to site and Telephone advice for one-off queries about their scales
